BeatingU: Running Challenge Privacy Policy

BeatingU: Running Challenge does not collect personal information.

Your location

The app uses your location only while a run you started is in progress, to measure the distance you cover and time your run. With your permission, it keeps doing so while your phone is locked, and it stops when the run finishes or you end it. Location is processed on your device. It is not sent to the developer and is not stored after the run.

Your times

Your personal best times are stored on your device.

Game Center

If you sign in to Game Center, your finish times are posted to the app’s Game Center leaderboards, and the app shows your Game Center friends’ times so you can compare them. Game Center is provided by Apple and covered by Apple’s privacy policy.

Advertising and analytics

The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may provide anonymous crash reports. They are not linked to your identity.

Sharing

No data is sold or shared with third parties.
